Thursday, December 5, 2024. Let’s Have Snow 4:00-6:00pm, Tree Lighting 5:00pm, Parade of Lights 6:00pm. The Derrick Floor. Light Up Artesia and the Electric Light Parade will be held on Main Street. Expect Food trucks, vendors, shopping, electric light parade and BRAND NEW town tree lighting ceremony! Santa will be at the Ocotillo from 5:30-8:00pm. 26TH ANNUAL CITY OF CHAMPIONS CLASSIC – BASKETBALL TOURNAMENT
Thursday, Dec 5 through Saturday, Dec 7, 2024. 16 teams from across the state of NM & TX (8 Boys & 8 Girls teams) will be in the city of champions to kick off basketball season! Games will start Thursday morning at 8:30am and finish up Saturday Dec 7th. Games will be played at Bulldog Pit on Thurs/Fri. Then at both the Red Brick Gym & at the Pit on Saturday.  They will be honoring the 1995 State Basketball Championship team at halftime of the 1:00 boys game in the Red Brick Gym on Saturday. You can purchase your tickets at the door.

RED/GREEN ALL-STAR FOOTBALL GAMES AT THE BOWL
Saturday, December 7, 2024, come catch two more awesome football games at Bulldog Bowl this year. See the best athletes from across the state of New Mexico play one last time. Small School All-Stars kickoff at noon and large school All-Stars will kick off at 3:00pm.
