NEW CLASS AT VARSITY ACADEMY

ARTESIA GENERAL HOSPITAL COMMUNITY HEALTH NEEDS SURVEY
AGH is currently in the process of working on a community health needs survey and is inviting comment from local residents. The survey is designed to gather feedback on important healthcare issues and the programs in place to support them in your community. The feedback gathered in this survey will help the organization and its community partners prioritize and address health needs in the years to come.
Please respond openly and honestly as this survey is anonymous. The survey results will be gathered and compiled in Artesia General Hospital’sCommunity Health Needs Assessment, which will be accessible on the organization’s website in three to six months.
