When you support our efforts, you’re making a meaningful impact in our community. The funds we raise help in several important ways:

Special Olympics Team: We proudly sponsor our local Special Olympics athletes, helping cover the costs for them to attend and compete in the State competition.

Runyan Family Memorial Scholarships: We award $1,000 scholarships to deserving Vo-Ag students through our memorial scholarship fund, supporting their education and future in agricultural vocations.

Scout Troop 228: Your contributions also support our local Scout troop, helping cover activity costs and ensuring that every child who wants to participate in Scouts has the opportunity to do so—regardless of financial circumstances.

Charity Shoot at Creek Side Clays that helps to raise money for our local Scout Troop 228, Eddy County Special Olympics and our Runyan Family Memorial Scholarship program that is now on its second year. At this years shoot your entry will get you:
Shoot one of 2 courses for a 100 bird shoot
Door Prize Lunch provided (PLEASE NOTE, LUNCH DOES NOT HAVE A GLUTEN FREE OPTION)
Early Bird Registers- name entered for an additional prize drawing. (MUST BE REGISTERED AND PAID BY FEB 5TH, 2025 TO BE ENTERED)
Youth Shootout (Top 5 youth shooters will have a 5 stand shoot off for a chance to win prize. This will be shot AFTER everything else.)
Additional fun to be had (additional $ needed to participate, so remember to bring $s or Cards with you)
