The Cy Palmer Memorial Car Seat Clinic is planned for October 7, 2023, Saturday at the Bulldog Stadium in Artesia. The annual clinic is held as a celebration of life and remembrance of Cy Palmer, a 7-year-old boy who tragically lost his life as a result of a car crash in 2017. If you’re interested in participating, take your car seat, the manual, your car’s owner’s manual, and your child to the clinic from 10 a.m. to noon on Saturday. 3 out of 4 car seats are used wrong, is yours?
