Southern NM SHRM is now accepting nominations for the SHRM Awards to be presented at the 39th Annual Employment Law Update! Do you know an HR Professional deserving of one of these awards? Nominate them, or self-nominate, by submitting the nomination form and letter of support to DEIB@snmshrm.org by Friday, August 11, 2023.
Awards:
- Rising Star Award: intended to recognize an emerging leader in the field of Human Resources whose record reflects ongoing and exceptional growth.
- HR Excellence Award: intended to recognize a Human Resources professional who has made a significant impact in the field of Human Resources through their contributions, leadership, and guidance to their most important resource – the workforce.
- Winds of Change Award: intended to recognize an individual or organization who has inspired others through their leadership and efforts in addressing awareness of diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging.
- Student Merit Award: intended to recognize a NMSU student who represents the next generation of Human Resources leaders, and has demonstrated scholastic achievement and commitment to a career in Human Resources.
